We were counting down the days until Grandma came to visit.
We waited for her plane to arrive on Saturday night.
It had only been a little over a month since we last saw her but it sure felt like forever.
Grandma came just in time to help us get everything ready for Trackers birthday. We spent the majority of the week doing all things birthday or baby shower but we made sure to plan some fun activities for her as well.
We took her to this really fun place called Country Mercantile.
Its has pretty much everything. They make their own chocolate which is heavenly. It sits on a giant farm which they then sell all their produce. We spent an afternoon enjoying samples and chocolates.
We spent a lot of time exploring parks, swings, going on walks, running, baking, showing my mom all our favorite walking trails, relaxing, swimming, shopping...
Just soaking up time with one of our most favorite people.
The best part about this trip is that we didn't need to say goodbye at the end of it. Grandma drove back to Utah with us and we got to spend even more time with her while we enjoyed time back home.
