9 months

 Tracker 9 Months

Weight: 20.8 lbs
Height: 29.5"

Clothes: He doesn't fit into anything under 12 month. We had to get out his 18 month jammies since 12 month ones were getting to small. He is in size 3 shoe and size 4 diaper.

Food: We have introduced several different foods, textures and spices this last month.
His food schedule looks something like this:
Wake up and drink 4-8 oz bottle
Breakfast: Oatmeal and sometimes Ill put applesauce in it
Snack: Rice cake, yogurt melts, cookie, puffs, etc.
4 oz bottle
Lunch: Some kind of veggie and if he is still hungry after 3oz ill give him some fruit
4 oz bottle
Snack: Rice cake, yogurt melts, cookie, puffs, etc.
4 oz of Juice
Dinner: Some blend of meat (fish, chicken, turkey) and a side of veggies and then for dessert some kind of fruit medley. Sometimes ill blend it and other times ill just cut up pieces and let him make a huge mess trying to shove them all in his mouth.
Snack: Usually a little bit of applesauce
Bedtime: 4-8oz bottle
I feel like its always time for him to eat.

Sleep: This last month has completely screwed up his sleeping habits. We have stayed so many different places and he is not good anywhere but in his own bed in his own room. Considering how much we have bounced around he has been really awesome. Going to bed about 8:00 pm and waking sometime around 4:00 am and wanting to come sleep next to me and get a bottle. Naps are just about non existent unless he is in his car seat and we are driving or I am holding him. Since we have started to settle into our new place we have been working on getting bedtime and nap time in more of a routine. He is doing a little better but its a slow process so far.

Loves: Being in water, standing, crawling, eating, being held, giving kisses to his Mum, Dad and dog, peek a boo, the song wheels on the bus, when Mum chases him, being outside, grass, going for walks.
Dislikes: Being alone, when Harley barks, the sound of tape, waking up, when he falls, when I wont let him stand, not getting food fast enough.

This month has been so busy growing 4 teeth, learning to crawl on hands and knees, pulling himself up and learning to walk along the furniture, feeding himself better, saying Maaam and Daaa.
He loves anything you put in his mouth.
Tracker gets so excited when Ryan comes home from work and immediately reaches for him and snuggles.
Signs Dog and will do it over and over until Harley comes to him.
Loves to watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.
Will bang his toys with his toy hammer and laugh for days.
Has started into the wonderful world of boo boo's and it breaks my heart.
Has an obsession with cords which makes me really paranoid. I think they are all hidden and put away and he finds one and whips it around. Luckily he doesn't wrap himself up in it but that doesn't ease my worry about it.
Has started biting every now and again since his teeth have come in and it really hurts.
Grinds his teeth.
Pats on the things/people/animals he really likes.
Is happiest when he is on a swing or in the grass.
Pulls up on everything.
Would consistently eat all day long if I let him.
Follows me everywhere and grabs my leg anytime I am close enough.
Standing is now much better than sitting.
Sleeps on his tummy with his bum in the air.
Gets hot easy when he sleeps so he doesn't get covered with a blanket.
Grabs my face every time I hold him.
Pinches and does some serious damage.
Gives loves all day.
Gives the best loves.
Will give loves to anyone if you ask.
Is learning what "NO" means but isn't so good at listening to it.
Rubs his eyes when he is sleepy.
When he cries he SCREAMS, he has never and he still doesn't have a small cry ever.
Loves his sippy esp. the ones with a straw.
Learned how to drink from a straw.
Waves arms like a bird when he is extra excited.
Eats best in his highchair.
Sleeps best in his own crib.
Gets distracted easily when he is eating.
Loves reading 1 book but no more than that.
Loves his head being rubbed.
Is a pro at kicking his shoes off.
Likes crawling around with just a diaper on.
Still pulls my hair all the time.
Pats his Dads face.

I cant believe he has been here longer than he was in my tummy. Why does it go by so fast? I feel like these last few months have just flown by. It breaks my heart how fast this is all going. I love seeing him grow and learn. He amazes me every single day. I am honored to be able to be with him everyday. He is the best part of my day and makes me so happy. I adore every inch of him.
I just want to soak up every moment.
